TRIBES: Connecting EDC Directors
Monthly Forums
Monthly group meetings are a foundational part of tribe membership, and the only aspect that is mandatory. When you join Tribe, our membership team will help place you into a curated group with up to 7 other members just like you. Each meeting is led by one of our experienced facilitators.
Group forums are virtual, 2 hours long and there are 9 of them per year.
Digital Community
Tribe members receive immediate access to the digital community. Every member actively strives to help others and share relevant information. This is where you can bring immediate or urgent issues - community problems, major opportunities, board issues, hiring questions, contract issues - it’s likely that another member has already dealt with that same experience and is there to help.
In-Person Events
Our in-person even strategy is focused around member dinners and annual retreats.
Tribe members love hanging out and seeing each other in person. We host most dinners around large state conferences for convenience. We aim to host 3 dinners per year around Texas. We’ll keep adding dinners as we add new members. The best part is the dinners are organized and paid for by The Tribe.
